A package for repeat work

Property managers rarely have just one notice. Our landlord notice packages are set up as a recurring monthly service, with volume pricing for repeat clients. Landlord notice packages run $85-$130, and we confirm the exact figure for your file before anything starts.

What you receive

  • An email after every attempt with the time, the GPS location and a photo.
  • Up to three attempts at different times of day as standard.
  • Printing of 2 copies of up to 25 pages each. Over 25 pages: $0.25 per extra page per copy.
  • The mailed copy: where the court rules allow it and the papers are left with an adult at the home, the second copy is mailed the same day and recorded in the affidavit. No secondary mail fee.
  • A properly sworn Affidavit of Service, emailed to you. The LTB's own proof form is the Certificate of Service, signed by the person who served the notice; ask and your server signs it too.
  • Never posted on the door: the LTB's notice instructions say a notice cannot be given that way.

Anything urgent can be rushed: rush service is +$50 with the first attempt within 24 hours, and same-day service is available when you order by 2:00 pm.

How to get started
